Renew Life and Wellness Coaching is committed to empowering individuals to a happier, and healthier lifestyle with a natural, holistic approach to living. I work within the AADP Guidelines to ensure that everyone I support will move closer to becoming the best version of themselves and achieving their health and wellness goals.

I specialize in life-changing programs that are individualized to a person’s goals and needs. I do this by creating awareness and identifying imbalances in emotional and physical health as well as unhealthy lifestyle habits. This allows each individual the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one small simple step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically.

My clients must be motivated and ready to make a change in their lives towards better health and happiness. They will be positive, open-minded people who want to make a difference in this world by first growing themselves, and thus, touching their families and friends as a result. I will invest in my clients and strive to exceed expectations of what they want and need.

I care about my clients as individuals and am thrilled to see their transformations of body, belief systems, spirituality, and ultimately their lives.

I teach my clients that consistency over the long haul is the key to lifelong happiness, health, and fitness. Change happens 1% at a time.

I encourage clients to create balance in their new healthier lifestyles. It is important to take time for yourself and your health before you can take care of others. I strive to be a living example of balance.

My Coaching Methods

What does it take to be a great coach? Have you personally experienced working with someone who truly made a difference in some area of your life? What was different about their approach?

I recognize that offering suggestions, encouragement, and support are all part of coaching but the most effective coaching takes place from a different space that empowers both the coach and client. It goes much deeper into understanding one’s self and discovering the core issues that are getting in the way.

RLWC Core Coaching Method combines the art of coaching with proven psychology techniques about how the brain works to make change. I am fully equipped to go beyond being an educator or motivator. I use several methods that pertain to mind-body connection, including Meta-Health Coaching. I take a Holistic approach in assessing your emotional and physical wellness goals and lifestyle habit changes necessary to get you where you will be the best version of yourself.

I believe that a great coach is well-adjusted and practice what they preach. They tend to their own lives through personal self-care and self-development. This balance brings positive energy to the coaching experience and helps clients feel confident.

I have a passion for wellness and the ability to direct energy, passion, and knowledge to my clients by providing systems, tools, structure and support, so they can channel their energy into creating a successful, happy and healthy life.

I always see the big picture and understand that I will not have all the answers because the answer lies within the client. One approach is knowing how to communicate effectively to empower my clients to discover the core issues that are getting in their way and then, to support them in reaching their goals.

I am educated, skilled and knowledgeable yet compassionate. I am able to sort out all the details through active listening, paraphrasing, and open-ended questions. These skills are developed through education and practice.

Finally, I am forward thinking. I focus on the future, not on fixing the past. I am not a therapist that spends time diving into the past to determine how the past is impacting my client today. I focus on how to move forward, how to live and learn, how to make each day count, how to change one step at a time, how to write your own future despite the past.

I have a passion for helping my clients identify and address barriers that are keeping them sick, tired, frustrated, angry, and depressed emotionally and physically.

We do not have to suffer or settle with the lifestyle we have now. There is hope for better health and a truly happy life.

Ala Carte Coaching

60 minute session as-needed

Well Care visits are great for temporary and acute conditions such as colds/flu, sinusitis, headaches, body pain, allergies, etc.

A Well Care visit includes:

  • visual exam (eyes, tongue, skin, and nails)
  • personal evaluation
  • recommended holistic therapy modality (Auriculotherapy, Thermo Therapy, Aroma Therapy)
  • suggested natural protocols for healing (homeopathy, herbal remedies, exercise, hydration, etc.)

Well Care Memberships are available with unlimited monthly visits for you and your family.
